STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaine du Colombier is run and cherished by the 5th generation of the Mothe family. Since 1887 they have grown their land holdings in Chablis to 55 hectares (133 acres). The ages of the vines range from 5 to 55 years. Jean-Louis, Thierry and Vincent Mothe strive to create some of the best expressions of Chablis.
