STORY BEHIND THE WINE

The Filliatreaus are renowned for having modernised winemaking in the Saumur and Saumur Champigny regions, producing vibrant wines with excellent fruit characteristics. No other region holds Cabernet Franc in such esteem as the Loire. The winery is 100% organic since 2020 and is in the process of converting fully to biodynamic practices!
