Founded in 1749, the estate has evolved under the guidance of Tim Ford, Anthony Record, and winemaker Vincent Chansault, combining traditional Languedoc vineyard knowledge with modern techniques to produce wines that reflect the region’s diverse terroirs.

How it’s made:

• Cold skin maceration for 48 hours on schist plots before pressing
