Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc – 59 year old vines. At the beginning of the 80s, passion led the Pellé estate to vinify separately its first plot: the Blanchais. Rightly they imagined that the complexity of the terroir would be reflected in the glass. This old vine creates power and length both on the nose and in the mouth. The citrus and vegetal notes are linked to the minerality without heaviness or exuberance.

Vinification• direct pressing on arrival in the cellar• settling• fermentation in wooden vats, barrels and stainless steel vats

Ageing• on lees• in foudres, barrels (mostly) and stainless steel vats
