Bought on a whim in 1972, the estate has been restructured to become a key player in the Bandol appellation. Concerned about the environment, the estate is certifiedorganicand uses no synthetic pesticides, harvests by hand and works without added yeast during the vinification process. The white cuvée is essentially made up ofClairetteand Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc andSauvignon Blanccomplete the blend and bring aromatic complexity and freshness.
