This wine showcases the complexity that can be found in Sauvignon Blanc when in the right hands. Stone fruit aromatics of white peaches and nectarine alongside grassy fern and green asparagus . On the palate you get grapefruit and notes of vanilla and hazelnut with a toasty edge due to 10 months ageing on its lees. All rounded off with an enveloping, distinctly mineral-driven finish.

About the producer

This estate was established in 1861 by the Lebrun family and is still run by their descendants. Currently the winery is run by Alain and Laurent Lebrun, who are taking this jewel of a property to new heights with each vintage. We have known the Lebruns for many years and have happily followed and championed them as producers of definitive Pouilly-Fumé.
