STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaine Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clavoillon is sourced from a prestigious 4-hectare plot of 45-year-old vines rooted in classic clay-limestone soils. These old vines are farmed with strict organic and biodynamic principles, ensuring low yields and hand-harvested fruit at peak maturity. In the cellar, a gentle, slow pressing is followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 12 months in vats before being finished with homeopathic clarification and a light filtration to preserve its exceptional purity.
