Domaine Les Sadons is a little Bordeaux nugget. Most of the vines of Pauillac today are owned by grand, distinguished properties like Château Latour and Pontet Canet. Luckily for people like us, there are still a few small guys around. Alain Albistur planted his 4 vineyard parcels himself. They comprise only 0.87 hectares and run alongside some of the vineyards of Pichon Baron and Pichon Comtesse de Lalande. His 2016 is a nicely endowed Pauillac that displays sweet, vinous red fruits, damson plums and blackberries, paired with spice and cedar. Only 500 cases produced!
