This wine shines with an intense, generous yellow color, bright as a lemon. Its harmonious aromas gracefully bring to mind acacia honey, ripe “Reine Claude” plums, and a delicate hint of smoke. On the palate, it’s wonderfully soft and fleshy.

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaine Moltès was founded in Pffaffenheim in 1930 by Antoine Moltès, the grandfather. The family legacy continued with his son, Roland, who took over in 1960, later joined by Josiane, his wife, in 1970 to further develop the estate.

Since 1995, the grandchildren, Stéphane and Mickaël, have proudly managed the vineyard, cellar, and overall operations.

Viticulture at Domaine Moltès has always been inextricably linked to environmental respect. This commitment culminated in organic farming certification for all their wines, achieved in 2015.
