Domaine Pouderoux has been making wine in the rugged hills of Maury since 1826. Today, Robert and Catherine Pouderoux continue the family tradition, crafting wines from old vines rooted in schistous and granite soils. Their Maury is a classic Vin Doux Naturel, made from sun-ripened Grenache using the mutage method to preserve natural sweetness. Aged in wood for added complexity, this is a stunningly rich yet refined dessert wine with serious aging potential.
