Pouilly Fumé is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire, and this one has notable minerality and tends have smokier undertones than Sancerre which come from the silex (flint) soils in this region. With flavours of elderflower, green apple, and hints of pineapple and lime, this is a great accompaniment to cheesy creamy pasta dishes as well as shellfish and other fish, poultry, and great with blue cheese.
