This wine is crafted using a meticulous process beginning with a long maceration period to gently extract color and tannins. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to ensure optimal aromatic purity and freshness. Finally, the wine undergoes only a gentle filtration before bottling to preserve its natural structure and full flavor profile.
