A fruity Chablis, with the minerality so typical of our region. This White Burgundy is best drunk within 5 years, to appreciate the freshness and vivacity of this wine.

It is perfect as an aperitif to go with gougères and comté cheese. It also works with snails, asparagus, sauerkraut, terrines, Italian pasta dishes such as carbonara, bolognaise, pestos, and sea food…. All types of Asian food also stand up well.
