Domaines Ott BY.OTT 2022 Provence Rosé Wine 75cl is a delicate, silky wine produced in Chateau de Selle’s new cellar, of which part has been exclusively dedicated to making By. Ott. The Domaines Ott wines have been regarded as the ‘gold standard of Roséâ€?by The Wall Street Journal in 2016 and the wineries are own and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer.

The grapes are handpicked, followed by strict and selective sorting on tables and an extremely delicate pressing process of whole bunches with a super short maceration to produce the wine’s beautiful pale pink colour.
