Thomas Morey is no stranger to Chassagne-Montrachet, being the 10th-generation in a centuries long lineage of Côte de Beaune winemakers to call the commune home. This 1er Cru is soured from two sites – Les Brussonnes and Les Fairendes – whose decades-old vines and unique soil composition leave their distinct mark on this cuvée. Opulent, unctuous, and with a wonderfully rich complexity, this white has a touch more fruit and a bit less minerality than some of Thomas’ other whites.
