STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Irish summer officially starts when you open your first bottle of Provencal Rose. Our love affair with the wine has turned into a full blown relationship in recent years and we have producers like Emmanuelle Baude to thank for that. With a combined commitment to organic farming and traditional farming methods, vintage after vintage has been lauded and awarded by her peers. Here is a wine to give your imagination a holiday in the lavender-tinged idyll that is Provence.

Extraction and preservation of all the grape’s fruity aromas – Direct pressing for 3 hours with a very light maceration. Temperature control throughout to retain aromatic freshness. Traditional fermentation and vinification in temperature-controlled concrete vats . No malolactic fermentation to maintain maximum freshness!
