Donna 2020 from Maison Advinam is a natural red wine produced by Anne Buiatti. 100% Syrah grown in Calce, discover it on Cave Pur Jus website.

100% Syrah from 26-year-old vines grown organically without any treatments (not even copper or sulfur), planted on schist soils. Hand-harvested, low yields of 12 hl/ha. Vinification: 50% de-stemming, 7-week maceration in vats, pressing in a vertical press, 18 months of aging in an amphora and a barrel. Unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites. 1087 bottles produced, matured for another year in the winery’s cellars.
