Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Spanish Bitters 10cl is a limited edition bottling reformulated in 2010; Spanish Bitters are a unique, hand-crafted cocktail ingredient by Adam Elmegirab, released later that same year to satisfy the demands of the global bar community.

During the mid-1800s Gainer’s Spanish Bitters were celebrated for their alleged medicinal properties and in particular were noted for their complex flavour profile that included layers of chamomile, citrus, spice, violet and berries. Using knowledge of patent bitters and referencing old formulae, medical journals and advertisements, these bitters now attempt to recreate the defunct bottling.
