A harmonious, beautifully balanced Riesling from the steep, slate covered slopes of the Mosel. Bernhard Schug and Ernst Loosen work with small growers throughout this region to source fruit for this wine. They have very strict quality standards which require the growers to improve their viticulture in order to sustainably grow healthy, perfectly ripe fruit. The result is better for the environment and makes wonderful wine! Even though Dr. Loosen Riesling Dry is made in a dry style it maintains a pleasant fruitiness, which helps it to be a great wine to enjoy on its own or with a meal.
