Located in Wales, this award winning distillery focuses on creating world-class gins and are already known for their ‘precision-distillingâ€? They have developed and adapted techniques which allowed for maximum control over maceration temperatures, variable copper contact for distillation and much more besides.

A classically styled gin that also achieved richness, balance and complexity through a combination of old 19th century preparation techniques, and locally foraged botanicals (including conifer tips and bog myrtle leaf). Awarded Best British Gin 2018 at the Great British food Awards.
