Etter’s Kirsch de Zoug vieux et noble AOP is an exceptional fruit brandy made from small black cherries from the Lake Zug region. With around 9 kg of cherries for 70 cl of product, this Kirsch is aged for 12 to 24 months in stainless steel tanks, giving it a crystalline purity and refined taste. The nose is fresh and fruity, with floral and almond notes. The palate is rich with ripe cherry flavors, smooth, and elegant. It can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails like the “Omnibus” (raspberry syrup with sparkling water) or with orange juice. A flagship product of Etter, symbolizing Swiss tradition and excellence.
