The combination of the finest ingredients and the expertise enables the producers at Edmond Briottet to produce liqueurs and creams of the highest quality. The difference between creams and liqueurs arises out of the proportion of sugar employed — a liqueur contains 100 grams of sugar per litre at least, against 250 grams of sugar at least with regards to a cream.

The Creme de Chataigne is produced using a maceration of chestnuts from the Ardèche department in France. The Briottet’s Chestnut Cream beautifully reflects these flavours of chestnuts on both the nose and palate.
