Regarded among the pioneers of the Grower Champagne movement, Francis Egly remains today one of its most authoritative voices. Joined by his daughter Clémence, they craft Champagnes of astonishing richness, power and remarkable capacity to age, predominantly from old-vine Pinot Noir grapes across the Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay, Verzenay and Bouzy.

Les Vignes de Bisseuil is a blend of predominantly Chardonnay (70%) – unusual for the estate – with 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier, all from the 1er Cru village of Bisseuil. Barrel fermented and bottled in 2021, it has been aged for at least 4 years before disgorgement. Blend of 50% 2020 harvest, 30% 2019 harvest, 20% 2018 harvest. Disgorged in 2025. Dosage 2 g/l.
