Joined by his daughter Clémence, they craft Champagnes of astonishing richness, power and remarkable capacity to age, predominantly from old-vine Pinot Noir grapes across the Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay, Verzenay and Bouzy.

Les Prémices is a blend of equal parts of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir from their vineyards in Trigny, within the Massif de Saint-Thierry.Bottled in 2022, the cuvée is a blend of 50% 2021 harvest, 30% 2020 harvest, 20% 2019 harvest. Disgorged in 2025. Dosage 2 g/l.
