The El Dorado 3 year white rum is a superbly balanced mixing rum that is twice filtered through natural charcoal for great clarity and purity, then aged for at least 3 years in 45 gallon ex-bourbon oak casks.Its incredibly smooth and unique flavour profile, ideal for all cocktails – especially Caribbean and South American styles – is a product of a combination of the traditional Skeldon and Blairmont marques.

The El Dorado 3 year has a citrus, pineapple and vanilla nose. The palate transforms with flavours of coconut, white chocolate and butterscotch. A smooth and balanced rum with a rounded finish that works very well in cocktails such as the Mojito.
