Thewhite winewith a skin contact, El Galayo Vino Blanco 2023, fermented with the skins for 35 days and was kept on the lees for three months, reproducing the traditional white wine of the region. Golden in colour, it offers a nose of yellow stone fruits and dried fruits. On the palate, it is delicate, not very tannic, and has some hazelnut nuances. The palate is round and velvety with volume and freshness. An orange wine with a lot of character.
