Less than a 1,000 bottles of this biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend are made. It is made 4 ways with part free-run juice, part is destemmed and fermented on skins, part whole-bunch fermented and finally, part aged in oak. The result is exceptionally complex and driven wine. Aromas of quince paste, spicy pear chutney and invigorating sea air wowed me. There is a charge of tangy sea spray at its core with a textured orange peel zestiness and lightly toasted almonds finish that runs and runs. Wowzee, Zowzee!
