Located on a small plot (one hectare) of hard limestone, packed with ferrous oxide, the Chardonnay vines of the Mont Verrier estate are at the root of this white Beaujolais Pierres Dorées Elisa Jo. Sporting a lovely lemon yellow color with green hints, the bouquet is a seductive mix of white fruit aromas, fresh citrus and exotic notes. A start with a harmonious sensation on the palate with a silky texture, roundness and ample feel, with fruity flavors and an impeccable sharpness. The finish is sharp, delicately perfumed with notes of lemon peel and white flowers.
