For most of its existence, Malbec was used as one of the minor varieties in the world-famous red cuvees of Bordeaux. In that appellation of France, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot reign supreme, and won’t be relinquishing that status anytime soon.

Red with shades of violet. This is a full-bodied, robust wine that exhibits loads of spice and fruit, with cracked peppercorn and black cherry among its many tasty components. This Malbec has contact with oak giving it hints of vanilla and soft toast. Pleasantly sweet with round tannins and good acidity along with a medium persistence. A nice fruit finish.
