In one of the coolest parts of the village is El Rapolao, where the soils are rich in iron andorganicmatter, allowing the grapes to reach exceptional levels of quality and ripeness. The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve their quality. Ripe red fruit aromas dominate over notes of smoke and spices. El Rapolao 2022 is well-balanced, with freshness and acidity. The palate is austere with a fine texture and fine, chalky tannins. It is very elegant and harmonious, floral and fragrant, with great finesse.
