At harvest, which takes place from the end of February to the middle of March each vintage, grapes of wonderful concentration and vibrancy are hand-harvested before cool fermentation to preserve Sauvignon Blanc’s racy goodness. Crisp and zingy with mouth-watering citrus and peach fruit. This is a white to serve chilled with good company.
