This red wine is mainly made from Grenache grapes that have been carefully cultivated by winemaker Eric Laguerre, with the utmost respect for the vine cycle and its environment. As you can see, this is a healthy, pure wine, vinified by someone who loves his terroir. Far removed from the very ripe profiles with pronounced woodiness of yesteryear, the Eos cuvée stands out for its slender, vibrant character and very juicy texture. On the palate, there are caressing notes of violet, blackberry and crushed raspberry with a few hints of menthol.
