Champagne Epanouie by Damien Goulard from Champagnes JM Goulard is a bland of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier, aged in stainless steel.

Blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 30% Pinot Noir, from vines in their first year of organic conversion, planted on the Saint-Thierry Massif, sandy soils, southeast exposure. Hand-harvested, direct pressing, fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in April 2019, this cuvée is made exclusively from the 2018 vintage. Aged on laths for 4 years, disgorged in April 2023. This is a brut Champagne, with a dosage of 4 grams per litre.
