Epu is Almaviva’s second wine and like its big brother, it is round and pleasant, nicely balanced between tension and ripeness, density and finesse. The wine has supple and polished tannins. The predominantCabernet Sauvignonreveals the pure expression of the Puente Alto terroir, with intense, fresh and distinctive blackcurrant and berry fruit. An elegant, harmonious and youthful wine, with lingering notes of vanilla and red berries throughout its long, savoury finish.
