Eric Rodez Cuvee des Crayeres Champagne is a straight, round and generous cuvée, made up of around a dozen different wines from 4 to 5 vintages. A key feature of the Eric Rodez wines is the intense, persistent mousse, always gently foaming with a tiny bead. The Cuvée des Crayeres really captures the personality of Ambonnay.
