Esprit de Pavie has a beautiful purple colour. The nose develops clear aromas of a beautiful intensity, marked by black fruits and spices. The attack in the mouth is supple and round. Then comes a pleasant, fine texture, where the structure of the tannins is racy, all wrapped up in a fine, fresh material. The ageing process underlines the fruity aromatic palette with a beautiful smoky, grilled and integrated flavour. A very well made wine from a fine vintage!
