EtnaBianco2024–Tornatore

The Tornatore family has been working the vineyards and terroir of Castiglione di Sicilia, at the foot of Mount Etna volcano, since the 1930s. Today, the family owns 60 hectares of vines at an altitude of between 550 and 700 metres, making it one of the largest estates in the Etna DOC. Etna Bianco de Tornatore is a typical Sicilian white wine. Straw-yellow in colour, it has a fruity, mineral nose, with vegetal and herbaceous notes. Fresh and salty on the palate, its pronounced minerality blends perfectly with its fruity structure. This wine goes well with fish dishes, white meat or a range of fresh and mature cheeses.
