The family at Ettore Germano have over four generations experience in creating excellent quality wines. By using traditional methods like hand harvesting, they put great care and precision into their winemaking. This is evident once you pop the cork on this wine. With a wonderful nose of strawberry, red fruit, rose, violet and a touch of liquorice, the complexity of a classic Barolo is reflected elegantly. Full of energy with clean and healthy tannins on the palate, it is stunning served alongside a Milanese Risotto or braised venison with polenta and porcini.
