A real fruit bomb from the Sopron area. A blend based on Merlot and Kekfrankos with a little Pinot Noir. Intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, black pepper, a little cooked plum and liquorice spice. The palate is equally fruity with blackberries and blackcurrants, followed by freshness of sour cherries and raspberries, mild dried thyme, cloves.

This is an easy drinking red that would pair well with a meaty or mushroomy bolognese.
