Discover the duality and classic elegance of France’s most prestigious wine region with our “Wines of Bordeaux” tasting on 26th February. This evening, we will explore the famous divide between the Left Bank and Right Bank, tasting the contrasting styles of their Cabernet and Merlot-dominant blends.

Our journey will begin with the vibrant Sauvignon Blanc-Sémillon blend of Entre-Deux-Mers and the refined whites of Pessac-Léognan. We’ll then delve into the heart of Bordeaux’s red wines, experiencing the power of a Left Bank Cabernet blend and the elegance of a Right Bank Merlot blend. The tasting culminates with a benchmark Cru Classé wine and a stunningly complex sweet Sauternes.

The experience will be perfectly complemented by a curated selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at ICIAR. This is more than a tasting; it’s a chance to unravel the secrets of Bordeaux’s terroir and understand what makes its wines truly legendary.
