False Bay Slow Chenin Blanc is made from coastal vineyards influenced by the cool sea breeze from False Bay. A long fermentation using only wild yeast produces an amazingly complex Chenin Blanc with green apple aromas and citrus flavours on the long finish.

False Bay Vineyards is named after the bay which frames Waterkloof’s eagle’s view from the top of the Schapenberg Hill outside Somerset West.
