STORY BEHIND THE WINE

The first Brunello di Montalcino of Fattoria Poggio di Sotto dates back to the 1991 harvest. Within a short time, wines of high elegance and great complexity emerged. The entire estate is cultivated according to organic farming criteria. This Rosso di Montalcino Poggio di Sotto is in essence a 2 years old Brunello which shows to be ready to be bottled up earlier than its bigger Brother Brunello.
