Fiano Salento was created in the hilly region of Taranto in Puglia. The vineyards are located at an altitude of around 150 metres and benefit from wide variations in temperature. Its clay soil gives it freshness and minerality. This 100% Fiano, aged exclusively in steel, envelops the palate in a decisive fruitiness underpinned by harmonious sapidity and fine acidity. It’s the perfect accompaniment to seafood platters, aperitifs and cheese.
