Vasse Felix is the oldest winery in Australia’s Margaret River region, an exceptional area for the production of top-quality wine, thanks to its Mediterranean climate. Aged for 12 months in French oak, this wine is blended with limited racking to help preserve its wild character. This balanced, structured 2023 Filius Cabernet Sauvignon, with opulent aromas of blackcurrant, herbs and flowers, has a medium-bodied palate and a lively finish. A wine to enjoy now or after a few years’ cellaring.
