FincaPombeiras2023–Guímaro

Finca Pombeiras comes from a plot planted with the classic blend found in the old vineyards of Ribeira Sacra, mainly Mencía with a myriad of other indigenous varieties. The whole bunches were fermented with indigenous yeasts, and the wine aged in 500-litre oak barrels for a year. A richly aromatic cuvée evoking flowers, soy sauce, violet pastille, spices and herbs. The palate is structured, with abundant, fine tannins that will polish after a few years in the cellar. Only 800 bottles produced.
