A noble spirit, made from the distillation ofPinot Noir winesand lees. Patiently aged for at least 7 years in oak barrels, this fine spirit reflects all the traditional Burgundian know-how. It reveals a complex aromatic palette: dried fruit, plum, caramel, toasted hazelnut, with a delicate touch of vanilla and oak. The attack is supple but full-bodied, with beautiful roundness and a long, warm finish. The balance between alcohol, wood and fruit is perfectly mastered, without any aggressiveness.
