The Racines 2023 cuvée from Domaine de la Presle embodies the most authentic expression of its terroir. Made from a meticulous selection of the most representative plots, it is carefully aged in barrels and vats in the heart of the estate’s three-hundred-year-old cellars. The wine has a clear, garnet colour, promising finesse. The nose opens with a delicately fruity register, dominated by cherry aromas, enhanced by subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is silky and round, offering ripe fruit, delicious red berries and a beautiful length that prolongs the pleasure. Supple and elegant, Racines 2023 can be enjoyed today for its freshness and finesse, but its balance also allows it to be kept for up to ten years.
