Sans This is a red that was produced for one of Melbournes most famous resteraunts- Florentino’s in Bourke Street.It appears the Lone Gum Winery, a subsidary of Normans Wines, bottled more than the restaurant took up and so we snapped up the balance at a bargain basement price.Medium weight, crimson colour. Youthful spicy, inky shiraz nose. The palate displays young shiraz flavour, again dominated by spicy ink.Good length, soft tannins with spicy aftertaste.A good quaffer and great value for money.
