This vintage can be found on the tables of Michelin-starred restaurants around the world and it is made with an indigenousgrape variety : Teroldego. A forgotten variety with infinite potential. Elisabetta is the first winemaker to have fought to regain the lost taste of this grape. Theseorganicand biodynamic wines are made with love and fermented grapes without fuss or frills, no extras or cosmetics. Wine aged in cement tanks and old barrels. The result is simply amazing. This wine transcribes the opulent frame of this old variety with a touch of ripe black fruit, slightly crunchy and always a nice sappy and delicious juice.
