A bright rose by Forlon Hope, produced on the Rorick estate’s dolomite-rich limestone soils at a crisp high alitude. Its roundness is balanced by a refreshing acidity that provides the wine’s backbone. Whole-cluster pressed and spontenaous fermentation – with no new oak – this wine speaks for itself, reflecting the infuence of place upon its blend of varieties. Notes of nectarine and guava on the nose, followed by flavours of peach, raspberry, and pomgranate.
